I searched O-bi O-ba for a long loong time and came across the exquisite Polish sci-fi just as I forgot about it.

Unique in terms of cinematography and set design, O-bi O-ba is a dark film. It's not easily digestible but it's mesmerizing and expertly crafted. Polish sci-fi films are always great. If you have a chance to watch one, take it!

VHS Hell na NIC SIĘ TU NIE DZIEJE

5 i 6 sierpnia spędziliśmy w Poznaniu oddając się postapokaliptycznym przyjemnościom w ramach projektu Nic Się Tu Nie Dzieje. Przywieźliśmy ze sobą wystawę okładek Video Rondo, zaprezentowaliśmy dwa filmy z kaset VHS i wzięliśmy udział w pokazie filmu O-bi, o-ba: Koniec cywilizacji w prawdziwym schronie przeciwatomowym. Dziękujemy pięknie organizatorom Nic Się Tu Nie Dzieje oraz Adamowi Horowskiemu, twórcy Leksykonu filmów postapokaliptycznych za zaproszenie i gościnę, a także poznańskiej publiczności za świetne przyjęcie!
